I guess Photoshop, if you have the patience or Gimp if you find the former too easy.

I used to be a graphic designer in my other life and while I only use 5% of Photoshop's tools, I find GIMP so confusing and difficult to use. Granted, it's been some years...

If someone wants to photoshop the VGK helmet logo onto the oncoming soldiers that would be a pretty good one. I don't plan to change my avatar, but just for the meme, or if someone else wants to use it.

tbh, Price is probably what we need most as our chances hedge on him completely, lol.

Pretty sure "Custom Panel" means that you choose the image you want. That's usually how these avatars work.
