It was a penalty far before that. I thought players were supposed to play through contact? I guess you want them to dive immediately instead.

"Stops him", if you're taking the position that he didn't go down incredibly easy. Which, he did.

When you out your hands all over a guy, you can't be surprised when it's given. But the idea that Salah didn't take the opportunity is a shallow take.

He had no choice really. The player could have ripped his shirt off and not had a penalty called unless he went down.

It was both a penalty and an embellishment. Both can be true. Call is right but Saleh definitely put a little mustard on the end of that.

The ball didn't go away. He moved it away from the defender to shoot and was grabbed more.

Well that's what your other post said, and he did embellish. And for the record I agree with you that on some places of the player doesn't the refs allow the foul to go unpunished.
