He was on the booze after winning a trophy. No big deal. Our best players today were also the ones who don't drink (Hendo, Salah, Mane), so there's some correlation there.

You should take a look at Gomez's defending on those 3 Atle goal. Directly responsible for #2 and #3 and partly on #1.

Part of me wants to believe that that's a sign of things to come next season. Liverpool capitalized on City having a few weaknesses in some positions this year, I doubt that it happens next year. Either way, the gap will be smaller.

The gap will definitely be smaller, but you shouldn't judge from that game. A lot of the players on the losing team just didn't care.

Forgot to mention but Mendy looks pretty bad. He gave up a sure goal but I think it was Mane who couldn't finish. Injuries took a toil on him Still can cross the ball very well though.
