Keith Law ranked the Phillies system #22 saying this...
22. Philadelphia Phillies
The Phillies have made some quixotic decisions on the development front — pushing very young, often physically immature players to full-season ball, then starting college products like Alec Bohm and Spencer Howard in Low A — that seem to have held back their system as a whole despite better drafts the past 2-3 years and continually productive international classes.[\quote]

MLB.com’s rankings are terrible generally. Especially in season.

Keith Law came out with his top 20 today. He didn’t include Rojas. If you want to dream on a prospect he’s your guy.

I saw Phuture Phillies vote and they had Erik Miller at #4. That place is looney. Makes this place seem sane.

FanGraphs is usually the best. They released their list last week.

I still don't get how Kendall Simmons is merely our 25th best prospect.

if he can show more consistency at the plate this year he should really move up the rankings by the end of the season.

Rojas seems to be getting a ton of hype so I'm interested to see how he does.

Erik Miller is another one that is getting a lot of hype, if he can improve his control they might have something there.

I like Jones a lot if he can get his control in check as well, same for Dohy who has the stuff but just can't control it.
