On the topic of team bonding, if it means anything and if anyone cares, Buch left the home opener in Brady Skjei's car. I imagine the entire team is doing their best to quickly get past the language barrier, but having Kreider there must be a huge help.

Before they left for DC, Zipay said that Buch was at practice (off-ice) and was in great spirits, so I imagine he'll be on ice to practice soon enough.

I don't think so.

I think they just moved him to IR, so they can get another forward in the lineup with Kreider out.

He can probably come off IR the next game.
