You obviously didn't see the Flames score two goals in the last minute of the game tonight.
I never watched the game....how were the previous 59 minutes?

Neither was Vegas.None of those 5 teams are Nashville or Winnipeg.
Vegas finally starts winning.... at the same time as the rest of the division.
McLellan certainly was holding them back, people forget McLellan was the Sharks coach during the 08-09 playoffs when they the Presidents Trophy Sharks got knocked out by the 8th seed Ducks.Maybe Mcllelan really was holding them back. There are new coach bounces sometimes though. If Oil make playoffs that is a big turnaround.
Do Oiler and Flames fans join forces with the Ducks in this thread??

I guess it could have been worse... Imagine if there were teams that got off to a great start and we still hadn't caught up. Should make for an interesting season...Frustrating, isn't it
I hope you took games played into consideration.Average team points per division:
1) Atlantic - 36.88
2) Central - 34.29
3) Pacific - 34. 25
4) Metro - 31.50
3rd place. I guess that's what people now days call "power".
No I did not.I hope you took games played into consideration.
So basically, aside from the past two weeks or so, the division is not very strong at all.No I did not.
So if you want to take games into consideration:
1) Atlantic has average rate of 1.184 points per game
2) Central - 1.117 ppg
3) Pacific - 1.074 ppg
4)Metro - 0.930 ppg
No I did not.

and a Pacific Team will draft Jack Hughes. We are winning even when not winning.4 of the top 10 records over the last month belong to Pacific teams.
Are you deliberately trying to make the Metro seem worse than it is? How do you get 0,930 ppg? the only teams with less points than games are Flyers -1 and Devils -3. Caps alone are +9 so how you get the average to be under ppg is weird(seems like you have switched the points and games in your calculations). The Metro teams have 252 points in 237 games which means they are 1,063 ppg.
