Have you done previous drafts? (Sorry i don't remember you).

I'm asking because when looking over your team my reaction was 'holy crap i don't know this guy but he's put together an impressive squad'.

Nope this is my first ATD. I'm glad I managed to draft a respectable team.

In your nightmares
But you're asking way too much of either them or your starters over a full season.

You can't have your pen throwing 3, 4 innings almost every night with only 4 guys... 2 of which are short men. And if you do rest them, you'll be hanging your starter out to dry on nights he's not throwing bullets. Loading more labor intensive innings on them.
Key avg 205 innings per year
Valenzuela 227 innings
Schilling 221
Pettitte 223
Gooden 227

all big inning eaters.

Pen,
McDaniel 137
Smoltz 196
Carroll 121
Gordon 131
Hoffman 72

Those are avg innings per 162 gm season. Some big inning eaters, even in the pen.

After a few more votes have come in, it appears I'll need at least one more vote before the 7am est deadline tomorrow.

I'll be getting mine in this evening; I left my laptop charger in an academic building that was locked all weekend and therefore I haven't been on a computer to analyze the matchups.

3/4 play-in games went the right way. I promised UL 100% of the GMs next year will be decent blokes and I'm a man of my word. I realized that I enjoy a lower draft more so I'm just going to concentrate on that next year. I want to contribute to future drafts (I would vote, but unlike hockey I don't see it in the rules, Pwn can correct me) so I made a Lefty Draft Guide for you guys. I hope you guys like it. (I have a CT scan coming up in a few weeks up for kidney cancer and I'll let you guys know how it goes. If it's okay with all of the other GMs I may move up the MLB draft date.) Have a great day! :)

The 64 Most Annoying People In Sports Media: Stephen A. Smith Region

The 2016 NCAA Tournament field was unveiled Sunday night, meaning that for the next three days, college basketball fans will be spending their time filling out brackets. We here at College Spun have a different kind of challenge for you, however. We want you to help us determine the most annoying person in sports media. We’ve gone ahead and nominated 64 different candidates. A few of the nominees – like Barstool Sports, Saturday Down South and SB Nation – are actually entities, rather than people. But you get the gist. We’ve also put ourselves on here, just in case you think that we’re actually the most annoying. Let’s get started. You can vote on the Stephen A. Smith region below:
http://collegespun.com/college-spun...people-in-sports-media-stephen-a-smith-region

This is a real poll where you can vote for the most annoying people. Curt Schilling is getting 56.82% for being more annoying than Danny Kanell 43.18%.

In short, baseball watchers are older than their counterparts. The median age of a baseball viewer is 53 years old, according to ESPN, compared to 47 in the National Football League. Separtately, the National Basketball Association's median fan age is just 37. Even more troubling, says Fisher, is that baseball is failing to connect with younger fans and bring in a new generation.
