I often wonder what the next driver of my rental cars thinks of my Sirius presets when they first get in: 80s on 8, Hair Nation, Prime Country, NHL Network, Pearl Jam Radio. They must think several different people just added one or two. but no, that's what I listen to. Sometimes First Wave too. 80s synth pop is such a part of my upbringing, it still moves me.

I actually find it much easier on a phone now. I’m assuming your issue is the ads at the bottom of each page though? If I’m not signed in and have to fight the ads then it’s quite cumbersome

That and sometimes my keyboard disappears which makes me click an ad on accident.

I use the browser 'Brave' on my phone, has built in ad blocker. works like a charm

I forgot I had Never Ads for Safari. That should do the trick. The site runs a lot faster too.

So I’ve been back for a few days now, but just checked my ez pass account for the first time this month

I made it to Orlando and back, just shy of 50 driving hours, 31mpg in an aging Dodge Journey, and it only ran me $1.25 in tolls. Incredible. Took a ton of backroads through Ass Jersey and Baltimore on the way down, which got to be a little dicey through some sketchy parts of town. On the way home i ended up in the mountains on 81/84 in PA, and it was both scenic and treacherous. I can’t imagine driving those roads at night, or really any weather condition other than sun.

Was a little worried about the car at times, being in traffic at 90+ degrees and a new thermostat put in by an uneducated me. Luckily the coolant never ran north of 217, and that was very brief.

Flying probably would’ve been easier i guess.

I know them well. Lived in Wilkes-Barre and my sister lives in Moscow outside Scranton. Any time you see one of these, you know the driving is hazardous.

I love the “strong cross winds” signs with the flashing lights too. When i drove to Pittsburgh years ago my Corolla was a freaking hang glider on those roads

Yep, the valley winds. About 6 years ago, my sister in Moscow had an accident horseback riding and was in the hospital in bad shape. I had to drive my mom and sisters out there in the middle of the night in a rain/windstorm, and I drive a Jeep Wrangler with the aerodynamics of a cinder block. That thing was switching lanes without me doing anything to the wheel (except yanking it in the other direction). Don't even think about when it snows.
