I have two different size foam rollers. They work wonders, but then it still takes me half an hour to get up off the floor :help:

Hope you feel better!

I do too but unfortunately they don’t do much for the smaller knots. I also struggle with using the foam roller, it’s not as easy as you’d think.

There’s a treadmill studio in the North End that has a Runner’s recovery class on sundays. 10 minute warm up on the treadmill and then 30 mins of rolling and stretching. I really need to check it out

Drove home from Foxwoods and it was monsoon rain until Foxborough when it went to sleet. 95 is not salted and sanded and there are massive puddles everywhere.

I got off in Walpole and the roads are a mess. The plows and sanders are out but not plowing anything or sanding anything.

There’s a good inch of water under the snow

Be safe, take it easy and clean off the roof of your damn car!

We went out and shoveled, and talked to our neighbor for a while. All told we were out for probably 45 minutes to an hour, went out around 9:15. Temp dropped about 15 degrees while we were out there.

Fireplace is on, jammies are back on, and just made a round of mimosas because why the hell not.

Not the healthiest breakfast I’ve ever made but f*** it, I’m hibernating

Holy ****! If any of you especially old and out of shape like me go out to shovel take it real slow.
They plowed my street with a front end loader.
Crazy crazy heavy. Temp has dropped 10 degrees in 2 hours here.
**** is like concrete.
Here are the results of the Tennessee blizzard we had last night.

:sarcasm:

Sorry you guys have to deal with all that. I grew up in Maryland so I did my share of foot-high shoveling back then.

so grateful to be living on the Island in BC, no snow, maybe, just maybe a light frost on the ground in the mornings. Be safe friends

Been tweaking a recipe for lemon pepper and garlic wings for a few weeks now. Trying them out in the air fryer for the early game.

Excited!

Ratted out a homeless couple in a makeshift tent tonight just because of overnight temps.

Not sure what local PD can do but I'll sleep better knowing I did what little I could.

I thought it snowed like crazy in BC, or is that just higher up in the mountains? Someday I’ll get out there to ski Revelstoke or Whistler, the skiing looks insane.

Im just hoping to leave central Mass for the Cape in a couple of years.
At least I’ll see 2/3 less snow.
I live on the south shore, not the cape but still on the coast (and half the people that I speak to not from the south shore think it's the cape when I say where I am from).

We have maybe 2 inches of snow. All day today it's been rain. Roads will suck once the temp drops tonight but it's not ice yet.

No matter how often I see it, it's always amazing to me how 15/20 miles can be the difference between 2 inches of snow & a blizzard haha.

Few inches of heavy snow out there and still pouring rain when i decided to shovel it all. Horrible idea with my busted shoulder. Fitbit tracked 5k steps and 75 active minutes though.

Decided on smith and wollensky for dinner last night. Unreal dinner. At a cost, but good lord was it ever good
