I have two different size foam rollers. They work wonders, but then it still takes me half an hour to get up off the floor

I do too but unfortunately they don’t do much for the smaller knots. I also struggle with using the foam roller, it’s not as easy as you’d think.
There’s a treadmill studio in the North End that has a Runner’s recovery class on sundays. 10 minute warm up on the treadmill and then 30 mins of rolling and stretching. I really need to check it out
