I was able to log in finally, We shall see if I can log in again the next time I visit. I have not been able to log back in during many past attempts.
They are among the best crews in the O. Always like watching a broadcast from Niagara. As far as that individual heckling during the emergency situation, I can’t fathom what was going on in his head.So glad to hear Tucker's surgery went well. I sincerely hope he recovers quickly.
A couple of points.
1. The training staff of the Ice Dogs and the Knights, the First Responders and medical personnel on hand performed exceptionally last night. If not for the quick response the outcome could have been, well let's leave it at that.
2. As Otto stated previously Laura Barney aquitted herself with poise and class even as she was clearly affected. Good on her.
3. The Roger's broadcast crew deserves some appreciation for their response during the crisis. As it became evident that the injury was quite severe they pulled back from close ups of the medical staff working on Tucker. By making a decision based on moral and respectful civility to not put the spectacle on display, the gravity of the situation was presented in a professional manner. They focused on reactions of players and fans but still provided the long distance view from the end of the ice.
In another country not to be named at this time, such civility and thoughtfulness would have been thrown to the winds.
To the broadcast crew in Niagra, well done.
He's actually been pretty good. He's has 9 points in 13 games and is a plus player on a team in total rebuild mode. I don't think anyone expected much having only given up a 13th round pick to get him, but he has exceeded expectations IMO.How's Beraldo been for you guys?
