I’d gladly trade Lambert for Lavy

i remember hearing that Lambert may be getting an offer to coach an NHL team, but that was a few months ago. would make sense that NSH would be interested in him, with their history with Trotz.

Yeah I’m a little surprised they didn’t just go with an interim coach until the season ended. I don’t think Hynes is a bad coach. I just thought the Devils were a poorly constructed team. They’ve been pretty banged up with injuries the last 2 years and let go of some complimentary players who helped carry the load for them the year they made the playoffs.

Lavi has a 3-4 year expiration date before the players start to slowly tune him out and he's no longer effective.
