Instead of recycling coaches, I'd like to see what marcelino or emery can do with bigger budgets.

The latter is actually a proven winner now.

Mourinho got lucky. We all thought Ranieri was garbage, and look at him now.

You just need to luck at his track record and how he leaves clubs. Not sure how anybody can look at his sample of work and call him a top manager.

Dude loves to rag on Wenger, but Wenger is a god compared to him.

Since the invincibles Wenger hasn't won anything outside of a couple FA Cups.

The club is loaded, they are just cheap and don't make it available to spend like the other big clubs often do.
Don't bother. For some reason when other top club managers get fired, Arsenal fans like to take solace in the fact they've had the same manager for 400 years who hasn't won them anything.

If the club was loaded as Abramovich, the stadium would have been paid for in cash.

Their majority shareholder, Stan Kroenke, has approximately the same net worth that Roman Abramovich has. Their minority owner Alisher Usmanov almost has the same net worth as the two of them combined.

That's not even considering that Arsenal as a club makes more money than Chelsea does every year.

It's one thing to have an owner who has a lot of money, it's another for them to think it's worthwhile to flush it down a football club shaped toilet.

Usmanov isn't allowed within 400 feet of the board room. His net worth is pointless because the club won't take his money.

As for Kroenke, I'll be very curious to see how much Arsenal has to spend if Kroenke gets his LA stadium approved and moves the Rams there.

Which manager out there today would be guaranteed to get better results than Wenger? Why do football fans continue to think that variables do not exist in the sport and everything is black/white? It's ridiculous.

Wenger is one of the best managers ever. He is a legend.

Arsenal would've been in a pretty ****** spot over the past decade without him.

No, you're only a good manager if you win every single title and cup every single year

Yeah he was pretty good with Henry and Bergkamp

Really? You gotta know your Arsenal history bro! Henry and Bergkamp were basically unknown commodities before joining Arsenal. Henry, even though he had some hype as a teenager, was failing to live up to it. He was trending into bust category before joining the Arsenal. His scoring streak at Monaco was pretty good for a young player, but he failed at Juventus. Bergkamp had even less hype and was completely miserable at Inter, didn't even score in his first 10 games or so at the Arsenal. Then he just lite everyone up as well, but I will admit he was amazing for Ajax before moving to Inter.

I wouldn't say that Wenger developed them into what they are now, legends, but he absolutely took a chance on signing both of them (who looked like busts) and rejuvenating their careers.

Please stop.
Henry was commonly known as one of the best young players in the game. He was the best french scorer at the DAMN 1998 WORLD CUP.
Yes he had a tough stretch in his first few months at Juventus. But he didn't even play a full year there.

To say he was going to be a bust is not stretching it, it's simply a lie.

Wenger's "heroics" with Henry was changing his position.

Bergkamp was also fantastic at Ajax and won a UEFA Cup with them. Was considered a great signing when Arsenal signed him because he was very high profile and anything but unknown. His post was pure fiction.

Exactly and Mourinho at Man United is a license to print money for them. The only thing that would be better for money making would be Mourinho failing there.

he was pretty calm actually and didn't really "storm out", just had his little speech rant and wished everyone happy holidays and just walked away.... lol but can tell it's getting to him. We all know the media is a bunch of dbags but that's what they do...

Feel bad for the coaches tbh, even when they suck as much as LVG
