Missed it. What happened?
After Oshie scored he was punching the bench and snapped his stick on purpose.

So the day after the Leafs meltdown...they had an optional skate. And as far as I can see. most took it off except Nylander was mentioned as being there.
You would almost think, after that kind of night, that Keefe would have a mandatory practice and just bag skate them. Have a whole practice with no pucks. But nope, day off. Then on to sunny Tampa on Monday for a game Tuesday....then Florida Thursday. That will be 2 games to see how they react to all this....and possibly the deadline deals.
5 of their next 6 are on the road:
at Tampa
at Florida
Home vs Canucks
at SJ
at LA
at Ducks
Maybe getting away from Toronto will be the best thing for them. But man, it's some funny up here going from "worst game of the year" vs Pitt, to "best game of the year" vs Pitt, to "lost to a zamboni driver".
What a great 5 days it has been!
Or maybe he meant Milano for Sanheim. We can only hope.
They have looked really bad lately... can’t see it happening, but hoping for an upset.Go Sharks!!!!

I meant in general. For some reason I’ve seen them a few times lately and they have looked disinterested. Not looking horrible so far.
Did you all know, that Ayers was the practice goalie today.....for the Toronto Maple Leafs optional skate?Guys. GUYS.
Their own Zamboni driver.
Could be a strong reason why so few attended the optional skate.Did you all know, that Ayers was the practice goalie today.....for the Toronto Maple Leafs optional skate?
Talk about rubbing it in " maybe I will bring the game puck to show them"

Sure, I didn't mean to imply that Panarin was the only one playing well, just that he's had the biggest impact on the team.To be fair, Zibanejad has played 12 less games than Panarin. He has had a damn good year as well.
