I legit thought that last game would have done it. But here we are.

I'm really starting to lean towards the fact that Babcock has been guaranteed by someone high up in management that he keeps his job no matter what.

Put him on personal leave. Didn't back in the '60's something happened to Imlach when the Leafs were struggling and Clancy came in for 10 games and the Leafs won almost all of them and kept on winning when Imlach came back?

We can send players down to the AHL and call players up. Why not coaches?
Send Babcock down on a conditioning stint.
The condition is we are changing the coach without firing you.

Could happen ,unless they learn to play without Marner. Maybe Babs implements a trap game,where you wait for your chance. really not sure what else...a new PP line-up? Gotta do something!
