I'm bad luck. Every game I watch Horvat play he is a complete non factor.

I would say not really, they have had other issues. Their lack of discipline is frustrating, the dumb penalties at bad times have killed them.

They also have had trouble generating scoring chances. Last game they had a ton of shots but not exactly a ton of prime chances. They've also lacked finish both making passes and around the net. I think most of this can be attributed to the long layoff.

I dunno about that. Strong penalty killing, defensive positioning, and practically unbeatable on faceoffs. Obviously you'd like some offense but the whole team is on a dry spell.

I don't get all the Horvat hate. Sure he ain't scoring goals, but the entire team ain't. He is however doing what he does best. Getting fair chances, killing penalties, winning face-offs. If you grade a prospect based on 2 games you really shouldn't be posting on here.

I would be stunned to see him develop into a first line centre. I think a number 2 is a bit optimistic. An excellent #3 is more likely.
