I didn't, Ekblad was always the much better prospect in my personal opinion. I agree though I'd rather have McDavid over anything thats happened in the past.

Ekblad next to Hedman were scouted so hard for the years before I actually felt they were low risk. When a d-man gets picked apart for a couple seasons they usually turn out okay.
