Heard thru the grapevine that London was trying to trade with Saginaw for the rights to Adam Fantilli.
Any truth to the story??? Any rumors from your side of the Border???

It would make sense if it happened. A lot of things have happened since the draft. If Adam goes to Chicago or even Saginaw he would not be able to come home for the Christmas break. His parents may not see him play live next season either.
With teams in the USHL folding like a cheap suit because of COVID he might not see a full season next season in Chicago.
If it were going to happen it would cost a minimum of four or more second round picks and a sweetheart deal later for some London roster players.
Cheap? The guy has 11 career points and is a 2002I liked Panwar and thought he needed more ice time to reach the next level. He teased us as a 16 year old and we will possibly regret letting him go so cheap.

It’s possible he hits his stride but indications now are that he’s not close to there. If anything, this is an overpayment compared to a cheap payment
What season?London just traded a roster player for their own pick back in next spring's draft. Sure sign they are tanking this season, right?

May have been a roster player the last 2 seasons, but there was no guarantee he was going to be one next season.... whenever that is.London just traded a roster player for their own pick back in next spring's draft. Sure sign they are tanking this season, right?
Maybe Panwar was not happy with his situation and just felt he needed a change? He may have asked to be moved? Maybe parents or agent felt he needed a reboot?
A lot depends on how his training is going during the hiatus... so much hinges on that for all the players. Hes got the potential to be a steal for some NHL team
