Then and there
Does Aulas remain involved with the club in some capacity, or is he out completely? If the latter, maybe player movements with the club will become easier.

US businessman and former Liverpool owner Gillett has bought Lyon.
Not exactly. It is his son though (so he is probably still involved).

This is very bad news for Lyon. His daddy basically bankrupted LFC. Think of a more incompetent Glazer.

Imagine being so rich you have enough daddy money to buy a team for yourself.

He was a great owner for the Habs though.

I think the Liverpool failure is mostly due to Gillette partner in the venture (Dallas Stars owner at the time, if I remember correctly). That failure ultimately led Gillette to sell the Habs back to the Molson family.

They were both equally bad. Neither had any idea what they were doing in any aspect.

Eh, screw them, we get to play a better team.

I also find it ironic how Real Madrid's newspaper is criticising other teams when it comes to how they treat their players when Florentino's legacy (beside the trophies, it pains me to say) is the shitty way they treated their players on their way out.

AS ripping PSG a new one.
Lol.
Icardi spent a year trying to get along with his wife so PSG was WAY too nice with him. Most pro teams would have suspended him.
Draxler is doing nothing while taking over a nice check.
Dagba wants a loan since he doesn't have PSG level. A sell is likely.
Kurzawa went the Draxler way even when Lyon proposed him a contract. PSG and Lyon had agreed to a low fee for him to go. He rejected. Thus he didn't play.
Kehrer was bought this expensive because he shared Tuchel's agent. He was never very good to begin with and yet he saw plenty of time he didn't deserve. At least his attitude was never to be blamed.
Wij is simply a tourist. He advised Xavi Simmons to sign with PSV when PSG wanted to sign and loan him. He needs to go.

If anything, PSG was WAY too gentle with these guys. As is just trying to find an angle that is, in fact, pretty bad.

Well it is Relano after all, so I won’t take it as fact. If it is though, pretty bad image for PSG. Anyway, this is probably largely down to the Mbappe transfer not happening. Hopefully this means that jackass Al-Khelaifi becomes pre-occupied with Madrid now.

PSG absolutely incredible collectively in this first game. Neymar had 1+3 and the impression that he loves playing for Galtier seems more real than ever. Messi scores 2 and played well, the Verratti/Vitinha midfield is just porn football, and the 3 at the back (Ramos/Marqui/Presnel) seems extremely solid. Of course, Mendes and Hakimi on the wings are having a field day with the front 3. Sarabia was a bit underwhelming but he was decent and more importantly, Mbappe is the one replacing him soon. Ekitike will soon be the alternative.

Everyone who saw that team under Poch and under Galtier can see the difference in terms of motivation, effort and playingtogetherness.
