It’s closer than your offer of zuc plus trash, when you factor in he included Sandin who was a recent 1st round pick who’s so far tracking well it’s lop- sided but not entirely terrible like your offer was.

Zucc would be an amazing fit in Toronto. He will play the veteran role perfectly , he’s competitive he would thrive and put up points on the Leafs and would bring leadership to a young group. I would not wanna see that trade . Zucc and Mcquaid for Nylander +.

Unfortunately for us, they have kept it very professional. Neither side has talked to the media. We only got wind of the meeting by a random person hearing Nylander's name called in Zurich. I also wonder how the meeting went and I guess speculate that Dubas spoke to Nylander's representatives while in New York.
