It looks like he is bouncing back and forth between the two teams. He's played some games in both leagues recently. Not good enough for the KHL but probably too good for the MHL. In North America terms, it's like bouncing back and forth between the AHL and junior hockey or the ECHL.

He has a PNHLe rating of 58 right now, that generally translates into an NHL player down the line. That being said, he looked the most "not ready" of any of the prospects in the rookie camp games, a bit over his head against the older players, but he was only 18. There were some concerns about conditioning and commitment to it over the summer that I believe the Kings addressed. Has the potential to be a 2C, but I don't see a good look at the NHL until he is maybe 22-23 years old unless he makes huge strides physically, which of course is very possible. He dropped quite a bit in the draft. Was listed in the 20's, fell to 51st. He'll be a prime candidate for a year or two in the AHL when he time comes.

Still only 23 years old.
