and, later it will look not so good.
Nice try, but incorrect.
Like I said at the time, their underlying numbers were (and are) suggested they were playing well. Now they're just getting the bounces with some points.
and, later it will look not so good.
AbsolutelyNeither are very good and their performances are pretty predictable.
Legendary postNeither are very good and their performances are pretty predictable.
My godThat they locked into the idea of Horvat and Pearson as a pair after 19 garbage time games shows you the exact thought process this management team goes through and why they constantly make mistakes in evaluation.
Until either guy scores an OT series clinching goal for us in the postseason, any similarities will be minor. This thread kind of reminds me of the Alex Burrows one (mini version) on CDC they had ages ago
So, so true. It’s so easy being right on things like this.
Because he has a concussionI almost forgot we still have Leivo, jesus we have some DEPTH up front
Oh right and Ferland has been a non-factor thus far, we need to move out some bodies.
Schaller down and one veteran has to go
We don't even have cap space to add Finn.Leivo, heal up and score at a ppg! You're up!
Because he has a concussion
AgreedTanner Pearson 15 g 24 a 39 points
I expect nothing from Leivo and Pearson and I am happily rewarded.
No complaints here.
Pearson is playing good hockey.I mean, happy for Pearson but he just as easily could go into a long slump again...I'd still rather have a developing player take his place at a lower number. Good story the middle of this year but he's not integral to our plans to contend IMO.
CDC is aptly named. That disease of a board needs to be kept from spreading.Burrows Do We Need Him on CDC and We need to talk about Tampa are still better
"And Pearson, yeah, there is a reason he played on 3 teams last season. And there was a reason the "haters" thought it was incredibly stupid to bank on 19 garbage time games to lock him into the 2nd line LW position that Benning's whiteboard certainly had him on"...420 Canuck
I like that some are holding Pearson’s play out as some sort of feather in Benning’s camp.
