I am really starting to think you have a gambling problem Alpha .

Oh I don't just have a strong physical resemblance and the personality of Fred Flintstone, I have his bad habits too.

Having said with that, check back with me when I'm getting back from here:

I will be in attendance tonight and will be hoping for a win. I have already made some amazing memories this spring with my Son's first white out and game 3 vs Nashville and I am really hoping to add one more positive addition tonight.

Common boys lets see if we can rise to the occasion.

Allegedly, it has been suggested that at the start of the year, I got $50 on the Jets at 28:1 to make the finals and another $50 on them at 55:1 to win the cup. Were that the case, surely it would be my greatest lament that, win or lose, I'll never see odds like that on the Jets for a looooooooong time as well."

Were that the case, of course.

Mentioned it a few times that playing a significant amount of online poker provided one of my best friends a 2x booster.

He got the Jets 51-1, which doubled to 102-1. I encouraged everyone back in October to get in on the minimum 41-1 action that was found. From October 3rd...

Thinking a second place finish is attainable. The Jets trended well from February onwards last year. A full season of Little & Trouba, a healthy Myers, a focused Enstrom, off season acquisitions of Mason & Kulikov, Little & Wheeler in their primes, & a year further in the development of Trouba, Laine, Ehlers, Scheifele, Morrissey, Lowry Dano, Petan & Hellebuyck have this team poised for a significant jump forward.

The power play is formidable & may lead the league. Actual roster depth exists with this team able to take an injury at virtually any position.

I'm confident & would encourage anyone to get in on the 41-1 odds the Jets are currently listed at.

Go Jets Go!

The weekend of the Jets in Vegas game, we got 25-1 for conference win, and 50-1 for Stanley Cup win :)

Damn that is a very nice price :) I was kind of hamstrung by not being in Vegas, and were I to gamble online I would absolutely use a legitimate above-board government casino which, as you might guess, offer government-caliber odds :P

I just impulsively bought one ticket in the nosebleeds for tonight's game.

Don't make me regret it, Jets!!!

It's either the greatest night of my young life, or the last playoff game of the season.

Win or lose it's going to be an amazing life experience. I am thoroughly jealous

:jetsGreat GDT!! Nice to have you back in the saddle Zham.

Game of Thrones - I have read all the books, and even bought a map of that "world" to help me link the stories. I've never seen any of the HBO series... I guess its time. I enjoyed the meticulous background info - fascinating! - with the description of the story by the author (paraphrasing) "to take history, file off the numbers, and turn it up to 11".
Me too (bolded), and also studied the Bard in university :thumbu:

Terrific job, Zhamnov... though I see Buff as more of a Khal Drogo...but hope he doesn't meet the same end!

Been out of town a lot but finally home for the game tonight...franchise defining moment!

I was going to complain about the 9:30EST start but the WCF will probably be a bit later since Vegas so I guess I should just get used to it!

GO JETS GO!

Tonight there is the possibility of the greatest moment in Winnipeg sporting history occurring. Stay in the moment, enjoy and soak it all in this night, as we may be talking about it for the next half century, in the same manner we speak of the Ellet goal, but with oh so much more meaning to it.

Gonna be the toughest and closest game of the series. I am predicting OT with the ultimate clench fest, sigh of relief + celebration from Jets fans

3-2. Laine x2 including GWG and Lowry with goals tonight.
