I'm betting we're done, other than maybe another Moose signing or 2. I feel like they are planning on Ehlers, Copp and Armia making the leap this year.

Hope I'm wrong, but it will make for an exciting training camp if nothing else.

Petan is the prospect that everyone else will be chasing (IMO). Your list, plus Thorburn, Halischuk, Peluso, Cormier & Fraser.

I actually think the real battle will be between Ehlers and Armia. One stays, one goes. Petan and Copp will start the season with the Jets, along with Thorburn imo.

I believe Petan starts the year with the Moose.

They will want him to play big minutes, and I don't think he would do that with Jets. I don't see him playing ahead of Ladd, Perreault or Burmi on the left side. And not ahead of Little, Scheifele or Lowry at Center. Don't see him ahead of Wheeler, Stafford or Armia on right side. Now if Armia flops, he might step in. I don't see it to start. Maybe 2 months in.

11 defensemen on the roster is a great idea. I'm sure Postma will clear waivers.
Signing a 33 year old who had two concussions last year is a great idea.
Committing more capspace to your defensemen than to your forwards is a great idea.

Or maybe not.
Fortunately, Ehrhoff said that he wants to win a cup now, and values that above money. So he won't come here.

Can we stop overstating our 2LD problem now? The only problem with the 2LD position last year was Paul Maurice.

Yes. Postma may be the guy on the move, I hope not though. I have my top six as above then:

Harry in the minors as 9
Clitsome is a guy I see them trading, buying out, putting on IR, or something. This guy will not be ready to play no? What does he have one year left?
