Myers has actually turned into an effective player in his role. Turns out not playing him like a top-3 defender was the key. He used to get so much ice time because our bottom-pairing had no depth.

Once everyone is healthy he’s probably our bottom-pairing with Zadorov, Cole, or Soucy.

As a neutral observer Im just offering a balanced trade between the two squads. Mikheyev brings that defensive rock stability that Arizona needs well Zucker offers a bit more flexibility up in down the lineup for the Canucks. The picks and retention and prospects to balance out the deal
