I don't think Zucker has played that poorly with us but clearly he is not scoring yet and when you are a goal scorer who has options to go down like we still have with him, not surprising to see him go back and forth.

I still like the kid, hopefully he just keeps working hard and not let this tough stretch ultimately get him down.

It's not hard to see why he wasn't given a chance considering the problem with this team was at center and not wing. Now if Parise and Nino went down, yeah you want Zucker up. But with Granlund out, they needed Haula, not another LW.

So not sure if anyone saw Zucker's Tweet from the other day when he was sent back down:

Jason Zucker ‏@Jason_Zucker16 13 Dec

Life is full of good days and bad days! Today wasn't good which means tomorrow can only be better. #LifesAStruggle #ThinkPositive

Honestly looks like he is getting discouraged.

It could get taken that way, but it could also be taken as a way of addressing people who are getting mad for him. I took that as a pretty positive and mature way of handling the situation.

He's discouraged, yet staying positive. I can understand that. Success can take time, and even when you know and understand that, it's still frustrating. He'll be ok.

I can agree with both of you with your opinions. I honestly think he is just frustrated that he is being passed around more than a ***** in porn.

Obviously he's disappointed but that tweet is about as far from troublesome as it gets.

Though I agree. This is what got under my skin a little. Somebody reply to that tweet saying "you play hockey for a living for FYI" and he replied to that person with "Thanks, I was unaware of that."

Maybe I'm taking Zuckers reply the wrong way but I see that has getting smart with the fans and I don't think that's right.

The fan had basically zero reason to make a smart comment so I have no problem with Zucker responding how he did. On the scale of playful fun to foul-mouthed tirade, I'd put that response somewhere around a 2.

If you look closely, you can see a pattern in Zucker's tweet:

Life is full of good days and bad days! Today wasn't good which means tomorrow can only be better. #LifesAStruggle #ThinkPositive

Then, if you reorganize the letters you get this: Trade me away!

I don't know about you, but I'm pretty concerned.

The fan that tweeted that to him is a moron and deserved the snark.
