Actually they do.

If it's even fight, I have no problem with it. People sue other people for nothing nowadays.
well if they're bringing criminal charges, that's different. The Govt brings those irrespective of what private citizens do or want.
That leads me to ask. Khabibulin did jail time in the summer like 3 years ago. Pavelec got caught drunk droving. Those guys have a criminal record for sure. There must be a way to pass around that because it's their job to go in the U.S.
Anyone could clarify that?

This is just US policy so Im guessing you can hire people, like a lawyer, to deal with US officials to see that he can get in and out. Also could depend on Khabibulins US immigration status, dual citizenship etc.

"The evidence presented is that there was a disagreement which resulted in an altercation against the first victim. That victim then left, and there was a second altercation which resulted in the second being assaulted."
In both assaults, the father and son teamed up on their victims -- one of the victim being a former player of Jacques' -- said police.
Essentially. They both beat up 1 person. The person leaves then they both beat up another.
Very odd set of circumstances, looks like they worked together to find trouble here. We have to consider that when you double team someone...twice...in the same night. You just might be a ******bag
Yikes... That's pretty bad. I guess they both deserve what's coming to them.
Ah yes, because if your Father/Son gets into a fight you should just standby and watch. Given that the charges are assault and not aggravated assault, it's not like they were both curb stomping the same person. Way to many judgements being made (both ways) with the complete lack of details we have.

I'm starting to think that Beaulieu is a tool
I'm glad to see you are willing to pass judgment quickly on another individual after a press release and few comments on a hockey forum.
Listen, the kid has anger issues and perhaps a drinking problem.
Also, he did not hit a women in any of this.
The only issue I have really is that his father was there to help him out.
This kid has potential but he needs to learn to be more independent... He has all the signs of a great hockey player.
