I have high hopes for Toews. If he can stay healthy I think he eventually takes a permanent spot on the blue line this year.
One way deal. Would pencil him in as a regular.

Toews can still be sent down, one way or two way only has to do with salary.

Kyle Burroughs as well. He looked solid last yr for BP
Him and Butchie. It's that he gets scared when the cannons go off.
Basically right now I expect:
Leddy-Boychuk
Hickey-Pulock
Pelech/Toews-Mayfield
I think they've gotten offers but they're bad and they might just be better off with a one year deal to see what they have and trade him at the deadline if it's a lost year.Re: Nelson, we are inventing scenarios where he gets dealt (me included), but it's possible that Lou and/or Trotz are familiar with him and have been thinking he's got potential but needs better coaching and/or a kick in the pants.
It’s going to be a long season...lol
GTI said it would happen, so there is about a 20% chance. Is today the day that Mark Hunter is eligible to go work with another team? Are we getting him?
Remember how foolish everyone thought Sakic was for waiting on duchene? How is Erik Karlsson still on the Senators?

Good signing. Think he’ll be a smart, agile CDH with a touch more offense.
What’s the AVV?
