Lol, Chara is not a fighter. His size is the only benefit. Anyone like laraque, scott, Orr, McGratton etc, he tied up and wrestled to the ice. He’s a joke.
If anyone knows jokes, it's Cliff Claven...

Wilson is a good tough player. He is the heart of Washington. Not ovechkin!!! Kills me to say it. I hate the caps. Caps were given the push last year. And I mean GIVEN.
Just like Chicago was GIVEN....the 3rd pick last night! What a fix...Here we go...
He had draws with Laraque and never fought the other guys so that proves nothing. He beat Cairns, Koci and Ivanens. He obviously wasn't an enforcer in those days because he was too good of a player. He has 3 fights this year which in today's nhl makes him a fighter.Which one of those guys I mentioned did Chara beat?
It were mostly balance issues, but Chara lost to Neil 2 times and arguably lost to Artyukhin. It's also true that he avoided trading puches with real enforcers (not that there's anything wrong with that, of course).I've never seen Chara lose, let alone not dust anyone foolish enough to fight him.
Max has got good genes.I think it is Reaves, but Max Domi for someone who is 5'9" I have seen him hit someone much bigger in the face and they go down quick.
Yes he does in father Tie. I never really got to see him until the tail end of his career play live when I was a kid, but on video he could also lay down a nasty punch.Max has got good genes.
Chara lost some fights, when he was younger, to the old true enforcers, others might just call goons. Specifically, I remember Worrell dusting him years ago. I used to have the final blows as a profile pic on here.I've never seen Chara lose, let alone not dust anyone foolish enough to fight him.
And that Reeves - Peluso fight was just two strong customers going at it. They're both beasts.
Worrell was a beast, I remember him destroying our own Rob Ray - who lost some fights, but not like he did to Worrell....Chara lost some fights, when he was younger, to the old true enforcers, others might just call goons. I would put money on Reaves over Chara.I've never seen Chara lose, let alone not dust anyone foolish enough to fight him.

That's not true. He hasn't fought one in 6-7 years but there's also hardly been any heavyweights in the league during that time. He's fought guys like Shelley, Neil and Rupp in the past 10 years.Last time Chara fought a heavy weight he was 30 years old.
Chara would dummy Haley. He'd likely beat Engellend too and possibly the other 3.Reaves is #1. Lucic, Peluso (he count?), Haley, Engelland could give him a go... can't think of anyone else in this class. Wilson is a tier below.
I’m shocked that Chara’s name wasn’t included until this.
I’d like to see how he’d go against Lucic or Reaves, I think they have a chance. Even at his age I’d still put my money on Chara against anyone in the league.
Did we miss this fight a few weeks ago? 42 yr old Chara..
Chara is such a goddamn freak of nature. An experienced NHL fighter trying to scrap with him is like a middle schooler going after a grown man. Chara just stands there and coolly throws punches at his face like it's a warmup activity.
May as well challenge him to a dunk contest while you're at it.
Yeah I dont know why Engelland doesn't fight anymore his only fight with Vegas is a pre season scrap with Kyle Clifford.Engelland hasn’t fought since 1847.
It’s Ryan Reaves & Milan Lucic right now at the top.
