This argument is so tired. Yeah, Karlsson turned into a nice player after he left, but when he was here, we had people that carried the scoring load, and he was filling his role well. There was no need to see if he was a 1 or 2c. Had he not gone to Vegas, he would have stayed in his role and no one still would have known better as we still had others carrying the offence. Wow, on Duclair's 6th team in 7 years, and second go around with Quennville, he may finally get it. We'll see in the next few seasons if he is this guy, but he isn't here, so should we care? Wennberg scored 17 goals, but his assists were way down, and his point per game was his 4th best in 7 seasons. Big deal. His 20 % shooting is probably an outlier, but I guess we will see. Again, should we care? So far in the playoffs, Duclair is a stellar zero points and a -3, and Wennberg has 2 points and is a -2. Wennberg was better for the CBJ last year in the playoffs. All these guys, plus Torts are gone. Move on already.
