He's just so arrogant, and refused to even listen to the call. Ian called him out for burying his head in the sand and he tapdanced out of it. I mean I used to say that PD was just a Melnyk puppet but now it's clear PD's almost as bad... which is saying something. Can you imagine thinking that unless people scream at you in public that you're doing a good job?
