Guess that means they are about to announce layoffs to the rest of the front office to afford it...
Well, that owner's firm moral stance just crumbled like so much sand in the wind.
Unclean bathrooms, or something
So Waddell went and got a number from Minnesota and Dundon wrote that number in a check that was already made out.
Haha Don Waddell is POOR
Oh that's the stuff. Inject it right into my veins
Tom Dundon is so cheap... he trolls hf about signing his gm and pretends to look so cheap.
Tom Dundon so cheap he sold the arena's organ to save $12 then stiffed the movers on the tip
He said he doesn’t believe in contracts but if Waddell wanted one he could have one, and now he has one.
Sure seems like exactly what he said would happen, happened. Just like the Aho deal, just like everything else.
At least he can supplement his pitiful income with food stamps and bring all the leftover popcorn home for his poor dirt-faced, rib-showin' booger-eatin' children
LOL, what a joke of a franchise. Signing Don Waddell of all people to be their GM for MULTIPLE YEARS! Who, in their right mind, would give that guy a MULTI-YEAR extension.
Who cares if he gets results? ECF and he just matched a massive OS and is paying to ice a competitive roster. You want cheap there are a lot better examples around the league.
Didn’t even finish my comment man.
My bad. I was actually just reading the other thread
Don Waddell flirts with Wild as Carolina Hurricanes face front-office dysfunction
So I was already triggered coming into this one.
Tom Dundon so cheap he can't afford to negotiate these extensions himself.
Guess Waddell likes cheap owners.
Before someone comes in to try and disprove this, please note that there was an article on NHL.com last week where Dundon specifically said if Waddell wanted a contract, he would give him one. Like, those were his exact quoted and printed words.
60k per year plus bennies.
Tom Dundon so cheap Sally Struthers at his house right now
For just 60 cents a day, you could sponsor one of these poor malnourished children....won't you please help?
So much for not wanting a GM on a long term contract.
It still seems weird that they didn't just sort all of this out earlier. Not bad-weird, just weird-weird.
Separate names with a comma.
