You're right, Chabot's completely unforced, lazy penalty is very different from an accidental high stick, that got a double minor because the rule is one of the lamest out there where for some reason a nick doubles the penalty.

Watch Ceci's stick, he missed the puck and then swung his stick again in the air at literally nothing. When you're down a man already that is incredibly dumb. Chabot's penalty wouldn't put us down by two on its own.
