The Sabres would like to thank Vanek for him time as a Buffalo Sabre, this is a very bold move and we may not have gotten full value for Vanek but this clears up almost 6 million in extra cap space to upgrade our offense, with Backes, Pominville, Getzlaf, Zetterberg, Grabovski, Vermette, and Henrique we should have no problems scoring and thats what made Vanek Expendable
