If you have any XXX's under your team name, your keeper lists either weren't done or weren't complete.

There is no protecting of Entry Draft picks. You cannot "protect" a third pick, nor do you need to protect the two that you are given. The only way you can acquire more than two Entry Draft picks is by trading for one.

Most of the XXX's are due to the above rule. The Patriots, the Catamounts, and the Solar Bears all need to revise this.

Rangers, you guys protected a player that does not belong to you due to the whole ESPN error stuff. Sorry - he was drafted by another team, not much that can be done about that.

The Plams, the Beavers, and our vacant team (obviously) have not submitted keeper lists yet. Need you two to get on that.

Beavers have not checked in in any way for a long while - they will most likely be replaced if a check in is not completed soon.

I would say after the normal draft has begun. Once the first pick is made, then you can trade a
prospect for a player and not have to protect them anymore.

Guys, I would strongly recommend you review this thread and update your prospects/keepers appropriately. As it stand now, two top 5 picks and 4 top 11 picks would be entering the normal draft due to not being protected. If that's what you want, great, but I feel like some of you are simply forgetting this.

Somehow, these players ended up on a different team than the one that drafted them, and I can't find any trades to account for that move. Does anyone know how this happened, or are these players the same as Klingberg/Spooner and were picked up when they shouldn't have been?

Considering the other two belong to a team without a GM, I think they'll just stay where they are.

So, since it never seemed to be posted, here are the finalized numbers:

3 Extra Prospect slots (optional)

So since we have 8 keepers and 5 prospects now, we've got 13 spots filled. After the Entry Draft, we'll have 15 (if you acquire an extra Entry Draft pick, this will take up one of your extra prospect slots). You're required to have anywhere from 18-20 players and 7-10 prospects, so the draft will be 15 rounds (you can forfeit picks after the 10th round if you so choose). You'll end up with 25-30 total players, 18-20 of which must be roster and 7-10 of which must be prospects.

I hope this works for everyone, and it can still be revised - this seems to be a good number for the league, though.
