I think first time it happens you get a warning, second time you forfeit your next pick and it goes to the end of the draft. Yellow card/red card system.

Just imo though.

That seems really harsh. I think a shorter clock is better.

We need to implement something and quick. We’ve never had this problem before and it’s happened with a few posters already.

I’m thinking 1st warning, 2nd 1 hour less window, 3rd another, 4th another hour, 5th next pick moved to end of draft?

For someone like me that wouldn't have any effect at all. I could rattle off a bunch of names but I have my phone on me all the time and generally know when my pick will be up so I can pop on whenever which is why I suggested the pick moving to the end of the draft. For most people they aren't going to be using their full timer or close to it anyway.

Konate's a great pick. Best CB in the Bundesliga.

Upamecano has been better than Konate this year.
Not that we are basing this on any particular metric.

- @Savant gets my 8th (2nd pick of the two I have) and 10th (2nd pick of the two I have)
-I get his on the clock pick and 13th round pick

I like the Brandt pick. He’s been a revelation at CAM for Dortmund.

I assessed the keeper options, and saw too big of a drop off between Ederson and the next option, so I decided to pick him.

For the record, @Savant and I came to an immediate agreement. This was not hours much less minutes of negotiating. I just needed to finish a call before making the pick, but that was about 10-15 minutes.
