I'm imagining all of the possibilities:

* Regular quests to visit the eye doctor.
* Regular quests to get colonoscopies after reaching 50.
* Having your home location automatically set to a nursing home once you reach 75.
* Being able to use your walker as a melee weapon.
* Yanking NPCs out of their wheelchairs and stealing them.
* Running people over in your wheelchair.
Don't forget the "mission" of getting to your medication in the little plastic thingy that tells you what day of the week it is.

(don't ask how I'm familiar with this)

And those are just for the player themselves, you can't forget things like:

Getting your car's oil changed and tires rotated
Having the gutters cleaned on your safe house
Scheduling an HVAC company to come in and tune up the furnace and home AC units
Getting into a dispute with a neighbor who puts a privacy fence up too close to your house

After so long you start to get Social Security deposited into your bank account, and you character starts to get hungry for dinner around 430pm

If my boobs don't start sagging then don't bother. Either go all in with this aging or not at all.

Can't wait to add Nos to my Mobility Scooter.

All of these are Phenomenal lmao

I stopped playing video games years ago, but I would buy the shit out of a pissed off elderly person/GTA hybrid.

Imagine Goat Simulator starring elderly people and with GTA weapons.

What the actual release date is anyone's guess

Probably like 2028.
One of the articles posted previously in this thread said that 2025 is the rumored launch window. That article is from two years ago, but with it being officially announced next week, 2025 seems very likely. I even wouldn't be shocked if they waited to release the trailer until they could announce in it that it's less than a year away and surprise us with a late 2024 release date (though it could ultimately end up getting delayed into 2025, of course).

Plot twist;

GTA6 is done and complete, surprise launch right after the trailer drop.

Didn't Nintendo do something like that with a game in the last year or so, like announce that it would be on the E-shop a few hours after the conference? Obviously it was nothing as big as GTA6, but that would certainly throw the holiday gaming shopping season for a loop
