The Flyers have added defenseman Shane Hnidy to our team. He signed for 1 year, 750K/year. He will be a good addition to our 3rd pairing to mentor Oskars Bartulis and cover for him so Oskars can further develop his offensive game.

The :panthers are pleased to announce the signing for veteran goaltender Marty Turco to a two year deal worth $8M. The deal includes a NMC.

"With the departure of Tomas Vokoun at last year's trade deadline we felt we needed a veteran presence in goal until Jacob Markstrom is ready to take over."

With this signing the Florida Panthers have placed goaltender Pascal Leclaire on waivers.

FA Signing

Boston is pleased to sign Keith Tkachuk. Boston believes Keith has at least one more great season to give to a contender. We see him as a fit with Savard as some one who can play in front of the net and in the corners to score the tough goals.

The Chicago Blackhawks have resigned defenseman Kim Johnsson

1 yr / 3.5 million (NMC)

Kim will be our #4 dman and paired with Niklas Hjalmarsson. We feel he will be a great influence on the continued development of Hjalmarsson into an elite NHL dman.

With this signing the Hawks are pretty much set for the offseason

Beach - Toews - Kane
Brouwer - Bolland - Hossa
Ladd - Madden - Byfuglien
Bickell - Dowell - Kopecky

Keith - Seabrook
Hjalmarsson - Johnsson
Sopel - Hendry

Hawks have a strong lineup and will have over $14 mil freed up after end of season to resign Brouwer and Seabrook longterm

Our Farm is also fairly strong in most area's and the 2010 draft will just make it deeper.

The Flyers are happy to complete their defensive corps with the addition of D Jordan Leopold. He will be on our 2nd pairing with Kimmo Timonen. He will be on our 2nd PP unit with Joni Pitkanen, and we feel he will be a solid addition to our team. With this move, we are still looking to move Ryan Parent. We would ideally like a good 3rd line RW back in return. We only have one more spot to fill with a FA signing.

Dallas Stars have completed a trade with the Vancouver Canucks

This trade had cap space on the mind, we had to clear some room up, but we're still happy with our return.

Ryan Clowe
Sergei Kostitsyn
Colby Goloubef

Mason Raymond
Jordan Schroeder
Peter Andersson

The swap of Ryan Clowe and Mason Raymond was big in our mind, we clear 1.1 M in cap space, and gain a 25-30 goal scorer with a bright future. Sergei Kostitsyn is going to be a great player but didn't fit into our future plans, and Colby Goloubef was being overshadowed by Philip Larsen on our depth chart for defense. Gaining Jordan Schroeder was huge. A future of Neideretter-Glennie-Schroeder is huge in our eyes.

Client Updates:

Rene Bourque- Lead offer is in the 3.5per range from a young playoff team. He likes the situation and may not wait too much longer
Colby Armstrong- Lead offer is in the 2Mil range. He'd like to see if there is more out there, but the team is a good fit
Mark REcchi- 1 yr offer for decent money. Would like to search for a more viable cup contender, but would de not be unhappy with this team.
Matt Culen- 1 offer at a sizeable paycut. Team isnt overly important, looking for ice time and money.
Chris Higgins- 1 offer. Would like a 2-4 yr deal at solid money, but isnt opposed to the idea of a 1yr deal to "bounce back"
Taylor Pyatt- 1 offer close to the 1M range. Will sign soon.

The rest have no solid offers yet (including surprisingly Olli Jokinen, who is considering Russia). If you have interest let me know, the first players will likely start signign late tonight with more to come monday afternoon-night

Begin, Lehtinen, Stajan, and Stemniak have agreed to deals.

Kovalchuk is deciding between three teams. In order to get in on the bidding consider 14 years 10 million per to enter the bidding. He will give a discount for an elite team, but it will not be a huge one.

Are pleased to welcome Matt Stajan and Lee Stempniak to the organization, and we welcome back Adrian Aucoin.

Stajan and the 'Yotes agreed to a 4-year deal that will pay the Center $3.5M per season.

Stempniak, expected to wing alongside his former Leafs teammate, agreed to a 2-year deal worth $2.25M per season.

Aucoin, who had an outstanding season in 2009-10 in Phoenix, his first here, was rewarded with a 2-year deal at $2.5M per year.

Oilers have an excess of fowards and a lot of these guys will go cheap

Samuelsson - Top 4 Defensmen / 3rd round pick
Horcoff - Will package a pick or prospect with him
Nielson - 5th round pick
Stortini - 5th round pick
Gilbert - Solid prospect
Khabibulin - Will package a pick along with him

Possibly Brule, Cogliano, Penner, Hemsky are available but will cost a little more

PM if interested

Phoenix :coyotes Coyotes are looking to add to our prospect pool and picks in the 2011 draft.

Available are:

Petr Prucha -- Good speed, gritty two-way play, and can chip in on the power play and scoring department. Available because we believe Boedker and MacLean are ready to make the jump to the NHL.

Lauri Korpikoski -- Excels on the penalty kill and in the shootout. Great speed, great hands, great puck-handler but has trouble finishing. Available because, see Prucha above.

Kurt Sauer -- The consummate defensive defenseman. Available with Maxim Goncharov's arrival in Phoenix.

Kovalchuk and depth still available

Top 6 pieces:
Kovalchuk- Show me the money. First line ice time. #1 PP. Contender, Russian presence, years are all of importance as well. Illya is fair and away the best player, and he expects to be treated like it. Top deal is 14 years, 147 million with NMC.

Modano and Lehtinen- really only interested in playing in Dallas, but will explore all options.

Ruslan Fedotenko- top 9 ice time. Hoping to get into the 2 million range.

Lee Stempniak- top 6 ice time is top priority. Looking for a short-term prove yourself deal. If someone offers several years he will take it.

Matt Stajan- top 6 ice time, 3.0-4.0, multi-year

Third line depth
Adam Mair- Multi-year @ 800k. Third line ice time?

Doug Weight- just wants to continue his career. Competitor or young team is fine.

Jordan Tootoo- top 9 ice time. 1.5 million is the likely starting bid. Multiple years is important.

Steve Begin- 2 years @ 1 million. Wants competitor

Craig Conroy- has one more year to give to a competitor.

4th liners
Eric Nystrom- 2 year deal, 4th line or better.

Wayne Primeau- 1 year, 4th line or better
