Can I get a ruling or the Jordan Tootoo signing? Is he signed or no?

Nashville re-signed him on February 5th, this game was started on February 17th. He should remain my property, but I guess thats up to IR4 and RR to decide.

Announce signing of recently acquired 6'2'' 211lb puck moving Defenceman Joe Stejskal to a 3 year ELC offer of 750K NHL and the maximum 65K AHL. Which we feel is very generous for an 07 5th rd pick

We do feel is is ready to leave Dartmouth and progress to the pros. He will be in tough to make the Blues with 8 NHL defenceman already in the lineup, but with injuries and poor showings, he could have a chance. He is slated to play in Peoria this coming season and we expect good things from him.

UFA Goalies Update

Nittimaki
likely signing at noon. He has recieved interest from 2 teams, one is very serious. If you want him you have to top a 4 year deal in the range of 9 to 10 million

Turco
2 deals in the works (wants 2 years, similar $$$ to this year and a NTC can be negotiated)

Dan Ellis
2 deals on the go (wants a long term deal with similar money as Theodore, willing to negotiate on salary depending on level of commitment from team)

Krahn, Climie, Brodeur, Valiquette

All have recieved one offer thus far

Kovalchuk- Has 4 deals on the table. We expect more to roll in. Maximum years is 14. He has a long term deal at 8.5 from a contender, a 10x10 from a good young team, and a long term at 9 from an up and coming team. I'd say the contender is in the lead. In my opinion offers will need to go up. A NMC is pretty much a necessity.

Please note: offers may not yet be sent in. This is merely for your convenience due to the time change. DO NOT SEND ME OFFERS AT THIS TIME

Kovalchuk- Show me the money. First line ice time. #1 PP. Contender, Russian presence, years are all of importance as well. Illya is fair and away the best player, and he expects to be treated like it. 14 years 120 million minimum. NMC is a must.

Modano and Lehtinen- really only interested in playing in Dallas, but will explore all options.

Ruslan Fedotenko- top 9 ice time. Hoping to get into the 2 million range.

Lee Stempniak- top 6 ice time is top priority. Looking for a short-term prove yourself deal. If someone offers several years he will take it.

Jordan Tootoo- re-signed with Nashville prior to game.

Matt Stajan- top 6 ice time, 3.0-4.0, multi-year

Steve Begin- 2 years @ 1 million. Wants competitor

Adam Mair- Multi-year @ 800k. Third line ice time?

Doug Weight- just wants to continue his career. Competitor or young team is fine.

Craig Conroy- has one more year to give to a competitor.

Eric Nystrom- 2 year deal, 4th line or better.

Wayne Primeau- 1 year, 4th line or better

UFA golaies aren't looking for tire kickers.

Any PMs for Goalies, have to come with an opening offer.

On that note. Lots of interest in the likes of Leighton, Turco, Danis, Ellis and Budaj.

Get offers in as many may be signed by the opening of noon EST Sunday

Have decided that they're holding on to Rafalski. We are acquiring a top 6 winger pending the waive of an NTC. The rest of our moves will likely be done in free agency.

The :flyers and :wings have reached a deal:

To :flyers-LW Justin Abdelkader, C Gustav Nyquist, 2nd 11

To :wings-LW/RW Scott Hartnell

We felt this deal was necessary for the Flyers. We needed some cap room, and we were able to get that and get some good young pieces back for the future. Abdelkader will step into our 3rd line right away with Claude Giroux.

Stajan- Solid second line center who is good both ways and on face-offs.
Has 5 year 3.5 million offer

Stemniak- Capable top 6 forward. Has 2 year 2.25 million per offer

Lehtinen has offer, will return next year. He wants to play for a contender.

Kovachuk- no new offers have been made. I expect them tomorrow morning. Leading deal is 14 years 10 million per. We will continue to accept deals for a day or two. There is a good chance that Kovy's deal will get into the 150 million range. It would be a good idea to just send me your top deal so I know exactly where everyone stands.

Joe Pavelski has been pulled off the trading block, barring a severe overpayment. We fell with him we have unquestionably the best top forward core in the league, without him, that may not be true.

With that said, Douglas Murray will be moved.

We will move him for the best non-goalie prospect we are offered. Our priorities are RW, D, LW, and C in that order. We prefer to move him to an Eastern Conference team, but if impossible we will move him in conference.

The Preds are in strong pursuit of 4 UFA's to round out their roster. We are also looking for a team who'd be willing to swap prospects. We have a surplus of defense prospects, and are looking to swap them for forward prospects of similar calibre. David Legwand is also available. He has an NTC and would have to approve of any move.

confirmed. We are thrilled with the return we got for Quincey. We have a similar defensemen in Hunwick in return who replaces Quincey in our top 4 and we add a 6'6 RW to our top 6 who will make a big impact towards our smaller forwards. And we also recieve a top forward prospect who adds more depth needed to our prospect crop.
