Went to the watch party for that one with my friends who was a huge Rangers fan, Daley scoring the only goal was so great. My friend was so pissed.

I was that game  Rangers fans were so mad at some random backup shutting them out at home.

Omg they didn't let in a goal. Leths was awesome. They looked like they were trying too. Good effort overall.

I have Anderson and Kari on my fantasy team. Two shutouts in one night is something new for me

One of the best games we've had in a long time, from Kari's performance anyways... The 2nd and 3rd were very good from a team perspective too, but that first was kind of a dumpster fire.

Every time a Star skates in with the puck on an empty net I think of the Stefan miss. I'm glad that Roussel took a hard shot.

That's very true, and a good point. I just think he lacks the IQ to be a quality NHL player. He doesn't play a grindy game, so he can't stick in a bottom 6 role, and he just makes too many dumb plays to stick in a top 6 role.

Morin, I'll give a few more games. He's still getting acclimated, I just haven't been impressed with him so far. However, I just don't think a 30 year old career AHLer is ever gonna be anything at this level. He, like Sceviour, doesn't play a bottom 6 game, and if his skills haven't translated to the NHL level yet, I don't think they ever will.

Morry, sorry to belabor the point, but i really feel like you should watch these guys closer. The number of little plays both these guys made in this game just really renders your complaints as confusing to me at best.

Do you understand CORSI? You know who is first on this team? Travis Morin. Sceviour is 7th. These guys are reliable possession players who win 50-50 battles, sustain cycles and get pucks deep.

There have been a lot of 4th liners come through i would have gladly replaced with either of these players. Their games seem to me to be perfect for bottom 6 roles. Namely, play in the other team's end, get and keep pucks deep.
