I think Z - D - Bert might stick, at least for a good chunk of the season. You don't need "piano pullers" when Z and D are together. What you need is someone who can keep up in a skill sense. Bert has the hands and sense to hang with them. Maybe even more so than Holmer ever did. But Holmer's abilities along the boards and in front of the net are unmatched.
