Gotta love the MB GDT, most people are saying it should have been 2 minutes and a few saying it shouldn't have been a penalty at all and was a dive by Smith.

I don't know, his reaction seemed a bit exaggerated on the replay. I don't think there was head contact, yet he snapped it back. He's a big dude with a ******** of protective equipment, too; I don't know if that really was hard enough to send a 6'4 goalie sprawling on the ice like this.

No question this was a penalty, but I don't think Smith made any effort to stand his ground. Eh, at least he didn't pretend to be injured for once.
