Not sure why, but I have way less excitement and interest this year than any other year I ever remember since I started being a Bruins fan in 1983. It must be from COVID and everything that has come from it, but it feels strange. Hopefully things will change once games start for real. Anyone else feel like this?

Could be a number of reasons that you feel that way.

We still have a lunatic president and an incredibly divided country.

The B's are near or maybe at the end of their Stanley Cup contending run.

Or it could be that this isn't a normal season with the shortened season, different divisions, and a raging pandemic forcing games to still be played in empty buildings.

I'm not sure I have an explanation. Best I can recall, one night during a particularly bad game, I posted that we would be better off if we had cookies, which led to a discussion about the best type of cookies, and then it kind of took off from there?
