It doesn't look good if that's what people are saying it is. Giroux is literally looking at him and then braces and sticks his elbow out. There's no way he didn't know he was going to hit him and there was absolutely no need for him to even move his arm like that.

yep. If you replay the exact same scoring chances 100 times, I bet we come out of this game with 4 goals more often than 1 and they come out with 1 or 2 more often than 4. We didn't execute, and they got some bounces.

For guys of Crosby's level of skill and talent, it's a matter of nothing else than concentration and focus. He was careless and sloppy, as well as the rest of the team for that matter. And this is outright idiotic on their parts, considering it's PO and not RS anymore now.

Outplayed them 5v5. This is the rangers series from 2016 all over again. Flyers don't scare me at all. Brian Elliott got super lucky this game.

These were bu no means "unlucky bounces". 100% lack of focus and will. Shameful beyond belief.

The Pens refusal to move their feet and support on the PP was a big difference.

Phil was barely moving. Sid was turning pucks over. Then, when those two got done killing a penalty, Geno tried to beat 4 guys on a zone entry because nobody was doing anything.

One other thing: I've been a BIG Justin Schultz supporter on the PP, but no more. Dude makes 5.5M per year. The PK cheats to take away Phil and Geno shooting the puck. Schultz has to let those shots rip. He has to take those one timers in his wheelhouse. And, when he bothers to do it, he needs to put a ******* puck on net.

Because he is an idiot who isn't thinking what he is doing.
