This isn't necessarily a good or a bad thing, but I think it must be quite rare. Are there any other NHL teams who still have all their 1st round picks somewhere in the organization?

2010 - No 1st rounder
2011 - Couturier
2012 - Laughton
2013 - Morin
2014 - Sanheim
2015 - Provorov, Konecny
2016 - Rubtsov
2017 - Patrick, Frost
2018 - Farabee, O'Brien
2019 - York

I don't know if it's rarer to have a team like Montreal whose 1st round picks are a complete shitshow. Just take a look at this shit:

2010 - Jarred Tinordi
2011 - Nathan Beaulieu
2012 - Alex Galchenyuk
2013 - Michael McCarron
2014 - Nikita Scherbak

2015 - Noah Juulsen (always injured)
2016 - Mikhail Sergachev
2017 - Ryan Poehling (2 points in 27 games!!!)
2018 - Jesperi Kotkaniemi (8 points in 36 games!!!)

2019 - Cole Caufield

Red indicates player is no longer with Montreal
Purple indicates player is playing in AHL
Blue indicates player is playing in NCAA

How many of these fine 1st round picks play with Montreal in the NHL? None.

Flyers get a lot of crap for well, everything - but this is a pretty impressive stats. Not all these picks were created equal obviously. They sure got two studs in 2015.

Just from a quick look around the league the Kings do aside from Pearson but they also had many years without a first round pick.

Aside from the amount of players I doubt anyone is close.

Remind me how many cups, EC finals of that matter series wins do the Flyers have for the decade? Can this next decade be better? Yes but unless Hart is a top goalie, the Flyers will not win anything. But they do have a chance to be a playoff team every year if that is the case.

Vasi is Tampa's only 2010s 1st round pick in their roster right now, not a great record for them in that regard. Foote brothers are the other two in the organization left.

Easy, buddy. I didn't even claim that having all these picks still in the org was a good thing. Theoretically, a useful bottom 6 guy like Laughton could have been traded at some point for a better player.

Calgary has most of them. At least the ones who are still NHLers.

2011 - Sven Baertschi (Traded for the 2nd Round Pick that became Rasmus Andersson)
2012 - Mark Jankowski
2013 - Sean Monahan, Emile Poirier (AHLer in Manitoba), Morgan Klimchuk (Traded for Andrew Nielsen)
2014 - Sam Bennett
2015 - Pick traded for Dougie Hamilton
2016 - Matthew Tkachuk
2017 - Juuso Valimaki
2018 - Pick traded for Travis Hamonic
2019 - Jakob Pelletier

Do you want a gm that really fills out a golf shirt, or do you want a good team. personally, I know what I want.

Yeah but most of them we flipped for good value. Drouin to Serge is good. DeAngelo basically formed the basis for McDonagh.

2013 - Pick traded away in Bouwmeester trade
2014 - Robby Fabbri: traded to Detroit
2015 - Pick traded away in Miller trade
2016 - Tage Thompson: traded to Buffalo
2017 - Robert Thomas, Klim Kostin, pick traded away in Schenn trade
2018 - Dominik Bokk: traded to Carolina, pick traded away in Schenn trade

Sergachev was a great pick at 9
Juulsen was looking good before hes injury ( freak injury )
Poehling should become a good #3 center ( 25th pick wasnt a top pick )
Kotkaniemi should be a #2 center maybe #1 depends how he keeps growing
Caufield was a great pick at 15

that being said before 2015 our picks were terrible

This is it, while they have done a job drafting, it has not really resulted in any success.

Leafs still have all of their 1st rounders with the exception of 2011

2010 no pick
2011 Tyler Biggs, Stuart Percy (oof)
2012 Morgan Rielly
2013 Frederik Gauthier
2014 William Nylander
2015 Mitch Marner
2016 Auston Matthews
2017 Timothy Liljegren
2018 Rasmus Sandin
2019 no pick

With Liljegren and Sandin called up, they're all currently on the Leafs roster as well.

Martin Lapointe is one of the widest humans I have ever seen in regards to height vs breadth as well...

if NHL started a WWE front office tournament the Canadiens might win.

They've drafted quite well for sure. Couturier from 2011 is in the conversation for best defensive forward in the NHL.

Beat me to it. We always draft well, but it is outside of the 1st round where we really shine. With that said the Flyers drafting is pretty damn impressive in the first round.

The Hawks have traded every 1st round pick up to the 2018 draft.

Kevin Hayes, Mark McNeill, Phillip Danault, Teuvo Teravainen, Ryan Hartman, Nick Schmaltz, Henri Jokiharju

Enjoy it while it lasts, Adam Boqvist & Kirby Dach.
