There just hasn't been too much drama in recent years. Everton have not been good enough for that to be the case.
this statement is completely wrong. Sorry mate. This game has been insane for years. Crazy late endings. Ton of cards, heck even Everton have had better relative success recently. Two words. Divock Origi

It's such an underwhelming happenstance that it's not worth reporting, and thus will be hard to google. Do you think pushing and shoving and subs with man buns pretending to be scary is unique?

Off the top of my head, though, the NLD had crazier scenes.

This might be the best derby, but the fact still remains that if you're not a fan of either of these teams it's just another game. There's a couple dozen other games each year that are bigger draws/more important.

It's the funniest derby for sure. One team inventing new ways to lose points every year. This time by not kicking the ball.

NLD sucks. The most interesting NLD involved spoiled lasagna

The Manchester derby doesn't matter because there's not the tradition. The Merseyside derby doesn't matter because there's not the competition. The NLD combines both.

No it doesn’t, but mainly because of Tottenham to be fair

Again, if you're not a fan of either team the NLD is just another game though. And honestly, it's a game of teams that think they're way more important and better than they actually are until this year when one of them is actually good.
