If you're not gonna give a yellow out for that, eventually someone's going to get hurt from a much harder tackle.

Gakpo looks like the weight of the World is off his shoulders with that goal. Hopefully more to come

Everton is dead in the water here. Is this the last Premier League Merseyside derby we see for a while?

Then and there
Yeah, it was about the last possible time for him to score, considering that likes of Jota and Firmino are already back on the bench.

Good defending by Coady there. Sure you could intercept the pass, but wouldn't it be more fun to just let it run all the way through the box and simply pray there's no attackers at the far post?

It's like he was called off but the only person who could have done the calling is Gakpo, which would be a card, technically, and at the very least, something you'd protest to the ref.

Highly, highly debatable...
The London games aren’t rivalries and no one except the media cares about the Manchester ones. This is the only one where both teams treat it like it’s a Super Bowl. There’s a reason this fixture has more red cards (and maybe total cards) than any other one

The biggest game in England is Liverpool-Man United...it's not any of the derbies they're mostly uncompetitive in the end regardless of how hard the teams play.

This is also correct but strictly speaking local it’s Merseyside

That play was the reason we signed Gakpo...without Diaz we don't have any other forward who can power through people from deep and pass like that.
