He definitely drives a Saturn. As if Schiefle drives a Hyundai.

It’s already unspooling. This is largely a personnel issue. Too many soft players who get outworked too often and rely on McDavid to carry them on his back. McDavid is so far beyond anyone else in this league that he can often do it. But there at saturation point and the boat is leaking.
Following this game will be Woodcroft's most vital coaching work. If they can't regroup and find a win this could really unspool for a young, first time NHL coach.
At least he showed up12 shots by Hyman
Of course. The league called back 3 NJ goals cause of Leafs bias.and the leafs win--this day just gets better---blech
How about this year?We were 15-5 after 20 games last year.
Did they actually call 3 goals back?Of course. The league called back 3 NJ goals cause of Leafs bias.

Is this sincere or some attempt at a jinx?Sorokin is a great goalie... gotta give him credit.. crying shame if he lets one in to spoil the shutout .
Nah. McDavid's carried the world on his shoulders from a very young age. He's always been a leader and respected for his give a shit meter, skill and on-ice no quit. This organization that's got so very little right over a decade+ rebuild(s) probably made him captain too young. But again McDavid never shirks a challenge. The issue is the minimal ability of everyone else, poor depth and gaping holes like their soft platoon defense corp.
jinx.. hopefullyIs this sincere or some attempt at a jinx?
Holland's work has been largely mediocre. However Chiarelli strip-mined this team and left it expensive with no depth at forward, defense and erratic goaltending. It’s already unspooling.
Holland settled on certain parts of the roster and it will cost him and potentially his coach.
