Oil Kings took a 6'4 Slovakian forward in the CHL Import Draft, but not the 6'4 Slovakian forward I wanted them to.

Good sign that NHL teams are seeing potential in this guy. Fourth Oil King drafted so far with a good chance a couple more to still.

Excellent draft for the OK’s so far. Also, kinda of cool that we produce so many goalies drafted and actually starting games in the NHL with Brossoit, Jarry and now Cossa

Still very early in the investigation, but...3 young fellows, 2:45 in the morning, and single vehicle crash. I think of things like being sleepy at the wheel, texting or not paying attention while driving, etc. I just hope it didn't involve alcohol or drugs. Doesn't make it any less tragic or comforting for the parents, but that would put a real bad spin on it.

It's right near the Trans-Canada interchange, with bends in the roads and on/off ramps. Looking at Google Maps, if it happened on 104th Avenue, there's 2 gradual reverse curves, with one having a median on it. The photos with the cop and the evidence numbers didn't show a median.
