i have also heard that it's a long drive out to the suburbs to get to the arena.

not sure if true, but heard on local Pgh radio their arena is lowest in league in ticket sales at 96%.

The ticket sales are a false narrative. No, we aren't going to sell out every game in the regular season, and why should we, really? We didn't sell out ONE game v. Rangers because people were unsure about the competition. The Penguins ARE a rival, of sorts. I'd be shocked if we didn't have a good 17,000ish or more. It should be a sell out. I'll be at Friday's game myself with family (one of the family will be wearing that baby blue Penguins Malkin jersey, haha!) so it's all good.
