Rosters will be pretty empty, I haven't seen anything showing that league (along with New Zealand) will have a season. If they do I'll update the rosters and staff lists (if possible).

Can someone give me the official rule list when it comes to foreign players in the KHL? I swear fans of different teams tell me different rules and I'm sick of changing them. I don't think the game supports what you guys want/need but I need something official besides a blog post from 2018.

Is it a playable league? Usually if you check mark it as playable, and add extra staff and players the game should fill them automatically

This is the latest one they produced in english https://www.khl.ru/documents/KHL_sports_regulations_2019_eng.pdf but the last season it covered was the 2020/2021,

if you go to https://www.khl.ru/documents/KHL_sports_regulations_2021.pdf then that is the latest one but it will take quite a while to continually google translate all of it because although they can do documents google doesnt seem to be able to translate this one at all.

Edit - actually they have kept the chapters the same so ive copied and paste it into a txt document and it has translated it quite well so Chapter 7 1.1 says this for foreign clubs i.e Dinamo Riga, Minsk Barys etc

Yeah…it’s never really done lol…so I’ve told myself I’ll release a beta sandbox version for people to play around in about a month. We will see lol.

Completely not related to what you are talking about here, but archibalduk suggested reaching out.

Have you done any work/setup modifying existing drafts? I know we can't add drafts, but specifically looking to see if you've done any work modifying CHL junior drafts. (adding non US or Canadian teams into the fold, wanting to expand eligible players in these drafts)
